How can I contact you?

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

How will I know if an item is available for purchase?

Only items that are available and ready for shipping appear on our web site. If an item is out of stock, it will not be visable.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, then we will e-mail you the tracking number associated with your order. You will have the ability to view the UPS tracking status.

How can I make a change to my order?

To make a change to your order, please contact us at 405-570-9186 immediately. Leave a detailed message with your order number information. If your item has been shipped prior to contacting us, please refer to our Return Request Form for complete information.

Can I purchase or redeem Gift Certificates?

Gift Certificates are currently not available, but we anticipate having this functionality soon.

What shipping charges are applied to my order?

Our primary shipping partner is USPS, but we also use UPS for shipping. On expedited orders the shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, size and destination. Your expedited (overnight, 2 day or 3 day) shipping charges will be determined and displayed at time of purchase.

Can I ship an order to anyone in the United States?

Currently, we only ship to locations within the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. possessions or territories.

Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?

No. Currently, we only ship to locations within the 48 contiguous states.

Can I place an order from a foreign country?

No. We do not process orders outside the United States.

What is the return policy for FaithAccents.com?

If you are not completely satisfied with a FaithAccents item, please return it for an exchange, merchandise credit, or refund within 15 days of receipt. There is a 10% restocking fee and customer is responsible for all shipping charges. There are no returns for custom orders shipped directly from the manufacturer. Is the credit card information I submit secure?

Absolutely! Every step of the FaithAccents ordering process that requests credit card information employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. SSL renders information unreadable should anyone attempt to intercept it. We also do not retain your credit card number for future purchases and once you have made a purchase we regularly delete all credit card numbers from our system.

Will FaithAccents sell or rent my email address information to other companies?

No. We use the personally identifiable information you provide for internal purposes, such as confirming and tracking your order, subscription or registration, analyzing trends and statistics, informing you of our new products, services and offers, etc. Click Privacy Policy for complete information on this topic.

What is the credit card verification number and why do you require it?

This number provides a safeguard when a purchase is made using your credit card. In ensures us that the person placing the order is actually in possession of the credit card and not just the credit card number. For Visa, Mastercard and Discover, it is the last three digits printed on the back of the card. For American Express, it is the four digits printed above the account number on the front of the card.

I want to give this as a gift, but will they be able to see how much I spent?

You can be comfortable that they will not see how much the present cost. We do not have any pricing information on the packing list or anywhere in the packaging.
